Operations CoordinatorA rapidly expanding ABA therapy organization is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of one of its pediatric therapy centers in Beachwood, Ohio. Leadership places a strong value on professionalism, communication, accountability, and individuals who can proactively help keep operations running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.The Operations Coordinator will play a central role in the overall functionality and organization of the center. This individual will serve as one of the primary points of contact for families while overseeing many of the administrative and operational responsibilities that keep the clinic functioning efficiently. From managing intake calls and coordinating schedules to supporting check-in/check-out processes and assisting with general center operations, this role requires someone who is highly organized, personable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the operational backbone of a busy healthcare environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional experience for families and staff alike. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with the Center Director and clinical team to help ensure smooth communication, strong workflow management, and an exceptional overall experience within the center. The right individual will be proactive, dependable, solutions-oriented, and comfortable handling both front-facing family interactions and behind-the-scenes operational coordination.ResponsibilitiesManage incoming family intake calls and provide a welcoming, professional first impression for prospective clientsCoordinate and support the onboarding process for new families entering servicesHandle daily client check-in and check-out processes within the centerMaintain and manage scheduling for clients, staff, and therapy sessionsSupport ongoing communication with families regarding scheduling updates, attendance, and operational mattersAssist with maintaining accurate administrative records and documentationProvide general operational support to ensure smooth daily center functionalitySupport the Center Director with administrative and organizational tasks as neededHelp maintain a positive, organized, and professional clinic environmentCoordinate with clinical and operational teams to address scheduling conflicts and workflow needsMonitor attendance, cancellations, and scheduling consistency to support efficient operationsEnsure a high level of customer service and professionalism in all family interactionsQualificationsPrevious experience in an administrative, operations, front desk, scheduling, or coordinator role requiredExperience in healthcare, ABA therapy, pediatrics, medical offices, or behavioral health environments strongly preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesComfortable handling high-volume phone calls and family communicationAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail and follow-throughProficient with scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general administrative technologyProfessional, compassionate, and service-oriented demeanorAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesCompensationBase salary of $60,000Opportunity to join a growing organization with long-term career growth potentialCollaborative and supportive leadership environmentMeaningful work supporting children and families in the autism community
