Here are some perks for working with our client:Tons of growth and opportunities for advancement.Fantastic work-life balance: Monday – Friday work week with minimal travel required.Compensation and Benefits:Strong base salary commensurate with experience.Incentive program as wellHealth, dental and ancillary insurance products available.Job Description:Own and manage high-volume phone and inbox communication.Coordinate closings, scheduling, and time-sensitive appointments.Serve as a key point of contact for clients, attorneys, and internal teams.Maintain and update files and systems with accuracy and urgency.Support workflow coordination to keep operations moving efficiently.Assist with document revisions, follow-ups, and task tracking.Identify gaps or delays and proactively keep things on track.What Success Looks Like:Communication is handled quickly, professionally, and without backlog.Scheduling and coordination run smoothly with minimal oversight.Files are organized, updated, and easy for the team to act on.The team can focus on closing and execution without constant interruption.Qualifications:2+ years in a fast-paced administrative, operations, or coordination role.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.Clear and confident communication (written and verbal).Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and standard business systems.Comfortable working under deadlines and shifting priorities.What We're Looking For:Someone who takes ownership and does not wait to be told what to do.High attention to detail and follow-through.Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-moving environment.A strong team player who understands their role in overall performance.
