In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.General schedule is Monday - Thursday, 6:00PM - 4:30AM or similar (may start at 5:30pm or 6:30pm).The Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily manpower for the workplace, scheduling employee shifts and planning, assigning and supervising the work and dispatch crews.Coordinate daily shipping for all orders including basic orders, collateral, and special assembly projects.Arrange transportation according to routing guideAnalyze and review inventory to prevent overstock or shortageMonitor data management to keep accurate product code, pricing and invoicing informationAnalyze Point of Sales to get customer and demand information, and provide product availability information such as new products arrival or stock statusCreate purchase orders in accordance with company policyEnsures compliance with all transportation and vendor regulations to avoid any charge backsCreate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), inspect physical return products in order to maintain the accurate inventoryWork closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations to reduce costCoordinate and manage Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) in order to ensure that all system changes are processed as according to change control guidelinesAct as client liaison as needed for client communications related to invoice questions, billing, credit processingEnsure compliance with Corporate and Operational Standard Operations Procedures.Perform other related duties as assignedHigh school diploma or equivalency plus 1 years of experienceKnowledge with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), federal regulatory guidelines, and organizational objectivesProficiency using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in creating pivot tables, develop charts, and complex formulasPhysical demands with activity or condition for a considerable amount of time include sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) or adding machinePhysical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stoopingMay require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 15lbsThis position is deemed a safety-sensitive position.
