Job description
Tanger Inc. seeks an Operations Director for Palm Beach to lead the center’s day-to-day operations, safety, and maintenance while driving profitability and growth. You will partner with General Manager on strategic plans, budgets, and capital projects, and manage vendors, audits, and compliance across the property.
Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in ops management, a business degree, and strong English communication. Travel up to 15% is required; EEO/Verification applies.
