Job description
Liberty Youth Ranch is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to provide senior leadership for its operational and administrative infrastructure. Reporting to the President & CEO, you’ll translate priorities into systems, drive accountability, and oversee budgeting, procurement, and vendor relationships.
You will collaborate with the Directors of Facilities and Programs, ensure effective people and resource management, and coordinate cross-functionally to support the children and families
