Job description
Chicago Alliance Against Sexual Exploitation (CAASE) seeks an Operations Director who will guide the organization’s administrative, financial, development, and personnel systems. You will lead strategic planning implementation and ensure inclusion and equity across operations.
You will manage financial activities, develop robust internal controls, and partner with senior leadership to support organizational growth while upholding feminist principles in Chicago and Illinois.
