SECU Family House on the Richard J. Reynolds, III & Marie M. Reynolds Campus seeks a Director of Operations to serve as the Executive Director’s strategic operational partner. You will lead facilities, guest services, finance, and partnerships to ensure exceptional guest experiences and sustainable growth.
The role supervises the Operations Manager, Facilities Manager, and Finance Manager and focuses on policies, performance metrics, and risk management.
