Weldon Law Group is a leading Immigration law firm with more than 18 years of experience delivering superior results to our valued clients.
We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead the daily operations of our firm and continue our record of excellence. This is NOT an office manager role: we are seeking an accomplished Operations Leader who has a demonstrated record of success in the delivery of professional services.
Yes, our preference is that you have experience in a Law firm or other professional service industry, but more importantly, that you can organize People, Processes, and Technology to efficiently deliver our services.
WHO SHOULD APPLY?
You're an experienced law firm Operations Leader who knows how to manage legal service delivery by building and directing a customer-focused team.
Or, you're a proven Operations Leader with no law firm experience, but you've managed other professional services firms and know how to get things done.
You have a demonstrated record of success managing a REMOTE staff to deliver quality professional services ON TIME & ON BUDGET.
You want to do work that really matters.
