Operations Director Definition:
Responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and improving systems and processes that drive operational performance throughout the organization.
Operations Director Roles/Responsibilities:
Responsible for taking active ownership of assigned responsibilities above a shift level.
Responsible for actively participating in leadership meetings and providing feedback and solutions to problems that are consistently arising.
