Truenorth Executive Search, Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Operations for a rapidly growing specialty pharma services company. You will build and lead high-performing teams, establish operational metrics, and run day-to-day operations while guiding long-term strategy.
This hands-on leadership role requires a business-minded leader who can ramp up a new facility or expansion project. Expertise in specialty pharma, Lean and Six Sigma, and a demonstrated ability to scale facilities is essential.
