Job description
The Home Depot in Arkansas is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Store’s Order Fulfillment team and ensure customer service excellence. You will drive inbound freight processes, SOP adherence, and safety protocols while coaching associates on policy and performance on the sales floor.
You will perform MOD duties and collaborate with store leadership to manage staffing, training, and daily priorities, ensuring store readiness and strong service levels across departments.
