Job description
Home Depot seeks an Operations Experience Manager in Idaho to lead the Order Fulfillment team, ensure store standards, customer service excellence, and efficient inbound freight processing. You will coach associates, ensure SOP adherence, and perform MOD duties with strict safety and timekeeping adherence.
You will also contribute to talent planning, hiring input, and daily staff alignment while championing a safe work environment and customer-focused service on the sales floor.
