We are a growing construction and development company looking for a highly organized, detail-driven individual to work directly with the owner and take control of our financial and administrative operations.
nKey Responsibilities:
nnManage invoicing, billing, and collections
nMaintain QuickBooks and job costing
nAssist with estimates and project tracking
nSupport owner with scheduling, communication, and priorities
nCoordinate subcontractor documentation and project files
n nRequirements:
nnQuickBooks experience (REQUIRED)
nStrong organization and attention to detail
nAbility to manage multiple priorities
nConstruction experience ( but not required)
n nThis is a high-impact role with direct exposure to ownership and company growth. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business.
