Job description
ORS Impact is seeking an Operations and Finance Coordinator to join the Seattle office. This new role will be part of a three-person Operations team and report to the Vice President of Operations, ensuring smooth running of the business and fostering a culture of equity and inclusion.
The role oversees ORS Impact’s financial and operational infrastructure, coordinating across teams, and documenting processes and controls to maintain high client satisfaction and a positive work atmosphere.
