Position Details
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in an applicable field required, or equivalent experience in health care; with strong computer skills and knowledge.
Experience: 3 to 5 years minimum working in an office setting in Certification/Registration

Requires strong oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers and follow instructions.
Verbal ability required to read and understand manuals. Numerical ability required to make calculations.
Ability to prioritize work assignments, conceptualize and formulate finished product.
Ability to performance manage suppliers and contractors.
Requires proficient and proven knowledge and use of various computer software such as Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Must have experience with database management.
Ability to manage time and materials efficiently.
Requires exceptional customer service skills and ability to achieve department goals.
Ability to adapt and re-set goals for rapidly changing work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: 2 or more years of formal training in data management, accounting, purchasing, or office management.
Trained in the use of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
Experience: 5 or more years working as an office manager or department assistant in a healthcare environment.
