Location: Columbus, OH
Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM | Overtime as needed

Requirements:
At least three years of leadership experience
At least five years of warehouse experience
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Steel-toe footwear required
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate and manage teams in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Availability for overtime as needed
Job Duties:
Lead daily warehouse operations
Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality
Assign work based on staffing and operational needs
Train, coach, and support team members
Assist with employee onboarding
Identify and resolve bottlenecks and process issues
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
Communicate operational updates to employees and management
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Recommend process and productivity enhancements
