AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic and optimistic leader for the position of Director of Operations at Kenyon College. You will guide guest experience, culinary operations, labor scheduling, and profitability while overseeing budgeting and cross-functional teams.
The role requires strong operational background and proven success in developing staff, with focus on campus dining and large-scale events. This is a full-time, on-site campus opportunity.
