Job description
Special Health Resources is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations to partner with the Director of Operations and Clinic Managers to promote operational excellence and exceptional patient experiences across SHR clinics.
The ADOO will lead standardization of front desk workflows, onboarding, competency validation, and auditing processes, while improving registration accuracy, insurance verification, patient collections, and scheduling efficiency.
