Lever, Inc. is seeking a Head of Operations – Multi-Branch Restaurants for a partner company based in Spain.
This hands-on role oversees performance across multiple restaurant locations and leads Area Managers, Branch Managers, and shift leaders to drive execution, profitability, and scalable systems. You will work directly with the CEO, develop dashboards and AI-enabled workflows, and translate insights into practical plans, pilots, and growth initiatives.
