Job description
Seal Bond in Michigan seeks a Director of Operations to own safety, quality, and production performance across the plant. You will translate executive priorities into on‑the‑floor actions, drive improvements, and ensure reliable, cost‑effective manufacturing.
You will lead a cross‑functional team, manage schedules and labor, and partner with R&D and suppliers to scale processes while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA standards. This role reports to the executive team.
