Job description
Touchstone Group in Chicago seeks an experienced Director of Operations to oversee daily operations and establish the systems, processes, and accountability needed for growth.
Reporting to the President, you will coordinate across project management, estimating, field operations, administration, and accounting, translating priorities into clear responsibilities and measurable goals.
A hands-on leader with construction or real estate experience is preferred to help shape Touchstone's expansion.
