Job description
White Cap is seeking an Operations Leader Trainee for its Career Development Program in the United States. You will engage in on-the-job training, shadowing, and leadership development to accelerate your career through a 12-18 month program. The role begins with rotations through warehouse, customer service, and operations.
Ideal candidates are energetic, professional, and eager to lead. Willingness to relocate after program completion and to start between March and June is preferred.
