Job description
White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is hiring an Operations Leader Trainee through our Career Development Program in California. You’ll engage in on-the-job training, job shadowing, leadership development, and a 12-18 month program to accelerate your career.
You'll rotate through branch operations, learn systems and processes, and work with a Regional Advocate and mentors. The program culminates in a capstone project presented to leadership.
