Operations / Loan Processing AssociatePay Rate: $22.11/hr W2 Duration: 12 Months (Potential for Conversion to FTE) Location: Charlotte, NC (100% Onsite – 5 days/week)Must be Recent Grad with Finance Exposure Important Notes:MUST include Charlotte, NC location on resumeNo onsite parking (paid street/garage parking available)Fast-paced, high-volume, team-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail requiredIdeal for recent graduates (Finance background preferred)Job Summary:The Operations / Loan Processing Associate will support large corporate and commercial clients by processing assignments related to syndicated credit facilities. This role involves onboarding support, documentation management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of loan-related processes.Key Responsibilities:Process assignments for syndicated credit facilities where the bank acts as Administrative AgentSubmit and manage onboarding documentation for new clientsEnsure accuracy and completeness of all processing tasksCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders and teamsSupport daily operations in a high-volume environmentRequired Qualifications:Strong customer service experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to learn quickly and work collaborativelyPreferred Qualifications:Finance-related degreeExperience with Loan IQExposure to syndicated loansTop 3 Skills:Customer ServiceExcelCommunication SkillsDisqualifiers:No Excel experiencePoor communication skillsLack of attention to detailInterview Process:1–2 rounds (Video)
