Arrowhead is helping a rapidly growing manufacturer in Canton, fill a new Operations Manager position.

This person will establish reliable daily production accountability, strengthen shift leadership, improve shift-to-shift communication, and put basic operating discipline around scheduling, maintenance, housekeeping, and performance management .
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead daily manufacturing operations across multiple shifts.
Coordinate production schedules, labor resources, maintenance priorities, and customer commitments.
Build a culture where expectations are clear, performance is measured, and accountability is consistently enforced.
Coach supervisors and employees through performance feedback, evaluations, and corrective action when necessary.
Lead daily production meetings and ensure effective shift handoffs.
Coordinate maintenance priorities and verify equipment is production-ready before returning it to service.
Work closely with warehouse, inventory, shipping, and office staff to maintain operational flow.
Implement and sustain workplace organization, visual management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop supervisors and identify future leaders within the organization.
Qualifications:
Five or more years of manufacturing leadership experience. xhqgsiq
Demonstrated experience managing and developing front-line supervisors or production leads - not solely managing hourly production employees.
