Job description
Amazon.com Services LLC is hiring an Operations Manager in the United States (Tonawanda, NY). You will lead a team of salaried and hourly colleagues, drive safety and quality, and deliver on-time customer orders through data-driven decisions.
You will manage cross-functional partnerships with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and HR; develop productivity plans; and support site and regional initiatives while adapting to varying workflows across First/Middle/Last mile.
