Job description
Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager in the United States (New York area) to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly staff. You will drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance while equipping your team with tools for success and using data-driven decisions to boost productivity.
You will coordinate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA and HR to meet business objectives across First mile, Middle mile, and Last mile workflows.
