Window Cleaning ManagerBenefits:Competitive salaryFree uniformsOpportunity for advancementTraining & developmentJob Description:Manage daily production including scheduling and distribution of work orders and ensure all work orders are complete each weekInventory window cleaning equipment and ensure functionality of equipmentManage commercial account work and coordinate with customer contactsManage cleaners including performance reviews, discipline and recognitionManage recruitment, hiring and training of window cleanersConduct weekly safety training for window cleaners and document all safety incidentsStrategically and systematically develop a commercial customer base through direct cold-call sales effort and follow up phone callsWeekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual sales goals to meetClean windows as neededPhysical Requirements:Able to stand on feet for long periods of timeAble to lift up to 60 lbs.Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and armsAble to work with arms above headAble to bend and squat to ground levelAble to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degreesAble to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feetJob Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of Window Cleaning ExperienceExcellent organizational skillPrevious management experience preferredExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others to perform assigned tasksAbility to prioritize and assign responsibilities to othersGood oral and written communication skillsTeam building skillsExperience selling and/or working with customers preferredAbility to train othersValid driver's licenseReliable transportationLiability car insuranceFISH Offers:On-the-job trainingNo nights or weekendsCompetitive salary and bonus opportunitiesUniforms furnishedCompensation: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per yearFish Window Cleaning has grown to be the world's largest window cleaning company with more than 250 franchise territories in 43 states, yet we still maintain the traditional values we were founded on.
