Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Talent Management: Ensuring the right people are in the right seats and aligned with company values.
Operational Velocity: Maintaining smooth workflows and eliminating bottlenecks across sales, scheduling, and installation.
Pipeline Health: Monitoring job flow to ensure consistent progress and minimized lead times.
Financial Performance: Achieving or exceeding budget expectations and margin targets.
Team Engagement: Cultivating a culture of trust, accountability, and high momentum.
Core Responsibilities
LMA (Lead + Manage + Hold Accountable): Directly oversee the Installation, Office, and Warehouse Managers, providing the coaching necessary to meet performance standards.
Full Lifecycle Oversight: Own the customer journey from contract signing through permitting and material ordering to final installation and follow-up.
Financial Stewardship: Manage the P&L, monitor budgets, and optimize margins while maintaining uncompromising quality.
Process Optimization: Continuously refine internal workflows to increase speed and reduce operational friction.
Multi-Site Leadership: Provide oversight for two regional branches, requiring a regular presence in the office and occasional visits to field job sites.

Experience & Skills
Industry Expertise: Proven success in operations management within the home services or construction industry (e.G., roofing, landscaping, HVAC, fencing).
Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of the full operational cycle: estimating, permitting, materials/warehouse, and field labor.
Financial Acumen: Experience managing a P&L and driving budgeted profitability.
Team Leadership: Experience managing diverse teams, including office administration, warehouse staff, and field crews/sub-contractors.
System Mindset: Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a significant plus.
Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in Spanish.

Requirements
Location: Ability to commute to Waukegan, IL daily (In-person role).
Experience: Prior experience managing warehouse operations and sub-contractors in a trade-based environment.
