We serve livestock producers, equine owners and animal lovers across North America, providing the guidance, products and service they need to succeed — whether in the market or the show ring.Full Time, non-exempt positionBluffton, IN Requirements:Degree in related field (or 1-3 years of related experience)Reports To: Operations Office ManagerPrimary Purpose:This position is primarily responsible for efficiently executing all D365 functions related to material ordering, shipping, receiving, inventory management and payables. Additional responsibilities include freight negotiation, employee program monitoring, complaint processing, and various data entry tasks in companion programs. This position specifically requires the ability to work interchangeably within a transparent team setting, completing tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Impeccable customer service to both internal and external customers is imperative.Essential Functions:Utilize available resources to accurately order inbound products and materialsArrange freight for outbound LTL loads and warehouse locations (as required)Facilitate shipments between warehouses and consignment locationsCommunicate order details and updates to Akralos personnelDocument product movement within D365 as it occursMonitor employee programming (uniforms, boots, vending, eyeglasses, etc.)Assist with complaints, researching as requiredCoordinate timely invoice payments through Accounts PayableAnalyze available data on a daily basis and make informed decisions accordinglyBe proficient in software as applicable (D365, Coupa, Intelex, Dayforce, Power BI, etc.)Scan, sort and electronically file documentsActively seek to streamline all department processes wherever/whenever possibleAssist other departments as requestedPerform other tasks as assigned by managementEssential Skills:Proficient in Excel, Outlook and WordD365 knowledge is a plus but not requiredExcellent verbal and written skillsFlexibility and ability to multi-taskThis is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team that values your expertise and invests in your growth.
