Job description
Nulixir Inc. is seeking an Operations Assistant to own workforce and production scheduling, acting as the traffic controller for daily production.
You will align shifts to demand, ensure proper staffing, and coordinate with Operations Leadership, Production, and HR to turn growth plans into a smooth, daily reality on the floor. The role requires 2–4+ years in related fields, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
