We offer competitive pay and benefits, and well-being programs to support you and your family.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe position will support procurement, resource scheduling, records management, budget and cost tracking, and coordination among project personnel and supporting organizations.Additional responsibilities will include assisting with procedure revisions, process improvements, issues tracking, and corrective actions.Dedicated operational support will help maintain consistent documentation, timely follow-through, and clear communication while allowing technical staff and management to focus on their primary project responsibilities.Education and LicensureMinimum Education Requirement: A high school diploma is required for this position.Skills, Experience and QualificationsRequired Skills, Experience and Qualifications:At least 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)The work involves supporting established processes under the direction of a supervisor, team lead, or manager, applying entry-level operational knowledge, and assisting with moderately complex problems.This position will support PIT INFRA's project objectives while maintaining safety, security, quality, and accountability.Due to federal contract security requirements, this position requires U.S. Citizenship. (required)Due to federal contract security requirements, candidates must be able to successfully pass a federal background investigation to secure and maintain DOE Q security clearance. (required)Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing. (required)Preferred Qualifications & Location Details: Please note that federal contractors are required to maintain a drug-free workplace. Regardless of state laws permitting medical or recreational marijuana use, employees working under federal contracts may be subject to federal requirements that prohibit marijuana use.
