Job description
Under the direction of the General Manager and Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for the work that is carried out within the retail and F&B departments.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $26.00 to $32.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
Supervise a team of staff, including interviewing, training, scheduling, and coaching.
Uphold company policies, procedures, and objectives.
Maintain comprehensive project reports.
Prepare project quotes and track progress.
Assist management with inventory checks.
Manage product ordering, organization, and rotation.
Monitor staff performance, timekeeping, and scheduling.
Perform various roles as needed (e.g., cashier, barista, retail associate).
Support the Operations Manager with cash audits, reporting, and safe counts.
Qualifications
Requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing world-class service to the client, guests, and co-workers.
A strong knowledge of personal computers is essential.
Experience in all facets of providing guest services.
Must be able to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with others.
Strong organizational abilities.
Preferably two years in hospitality services or like environment performing like duties as Guest Services or Concierge's supervisor.
Must be able to read, write, and clearly speak English
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
