Operations Supervisor – Optimus ActuatorsAs an Operations Supervisor – Optimus Actuators, you will help build the future of robotics on Tesla's Optimus production lines in Austin, TX. Leading a hybrid team of manufacturing technicians, maintenance technicians, and production associates, you will own both throughput and equipment uptime across highly automated lines – developing build plans, driving OEE, and turning a brand-new production system into a world-class operation.This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to scale one of the world's most ambitious products from day one.
