Operations SupervisorAre you ready to lead with purpose and drive results? Kellanova is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Rome, Georgia plant and lead our night shift team (4:30 PM – 5:30 AM). This is an on-site role where you'll be at the heart of our production operations, ensuring smooth execution and high performance. You'll be guiding a dedicated team of hourly employees, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death & dismemberment insurance, employee assistance program, short-term disability coverage, and long-term disability insurance. Also, voluntary income protection benefits such as supplemental life, accident as well as a 401(k) plan with company contributions is available.
