nReporting to the Director of Operations Support, this individual will evaluate, inspect, audit, and determine the effectiveness of compliance and store operational tasks. This individual will visit store locations daily and perform regularly scheduled audits. They must effectively establish strong credibility with the Monro Field Teammates and Field Leadership. Maintaining a positive and constructive attitude is critical as this role sits at the crossroads between the Store Support Center and Field Management. 

nCompensation:  The salary range for this role is $68,000 - $85,000.  This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives.  Pay will be determined based on experience level

nEssential Functions:

nParticipates in the following areas of focus, including but not limited to Monro Forward initiatives, DM onboarding, inventory subject matter expert, inventory analysis, safety compliance, building and equipment maintenance, and a compliance subject matter expert for major organizational initiatives.  

nEssential Duties:

nnnComplete assigned Tire Cycle Counts (TCC), Oil Cycle Counts (OCC), Physical Inventories (PI), Lift Inspections, Safety Audits and Building & Equipment Inspections.

n

nnTrain, as assigned, Teammates on how to complete TCC’s, OCC’s, PI’s, and Lift Inspections and Safety Inspections.

n

nnOn occasion, support Loss Prevention with Investigations.

n

nnOn occasion, collaborate with the Director, Internal Audit and operational functions to develop remediation activities.

n

nnDevelop recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.

n

nnOn occasion will be asked to participate in POS Testing.

n

nnAssist with other projects as assigned; perform other duties as assigned.

n

nnSchedule and prepare for Store Compliance visits up to 13 weeks in advance. 

n

nnComplete Lift Inspections as assigned. 

n

nnComplete Asset (building and equipment), Safety and Operational readiness Audits as you visit each location. 

n

nnCommunicate with Store & District leadership on the audit results. 

n

n nCommunication:

nnnWorks closely with the Field Leadership to ensure compliance initiatives are communicated and executed in a timely manner.

n

nnBuilds strong partnerships in both the Store Support Center and field.

n

n nMinimum Qualifications:

nnnAssociates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

n

nn4 plus years of Retail Management experience.

n

nnMust be able to multi-task/problem solve and possess strong analytical and time management skills.

n

nnPossess strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide variety of people assertively and confidently.

n

nnSelf-directed team player with the ability to manage multiple activities.

n

nnPro-active and process driven.

n

nnMust be a result oriented, with the ability to successfully interface with all levels and areas of the organization, establish close working relationships, and build consensus for chosen solutions.

n

nnProven influence and collaboration skills and ability to effectively interact with management to identify, develop, and implement process compliance and improvements.

n

nnAble to be flexible and adapt to different work groups, work styles, and work environments.

n

nnAbility to develop creative solutions to problem-solving.

n

nnStrong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including presenting to large groups.

n

nnMust be skilled in the use of Microsoft suites of office products.

n

nnEnthusiastic, energetic, and highly driven.

n

nnWorks well in the collaborative work environment.

n

nnTravel 75% plus in field operations.
