Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Operations Specialist to support daily transportation and operations activities. This role serves as a key liaison between drivers, operations leadership, and corporate teams, ensuring accurate tracking of materials, tickets, and operational data.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with drivers throughout the day, and managing high volumes of information with accuracy and urgency.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for drivers regarding tickets, materials, and operational documentation.Track, review, and maintain material control records and transportation documentation.Enter and verify data accurately within company systems.Monitor tickets and ensure information is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.Manage and reconcile information involving dollar amounts and operational costs, ensuring accuracy before submission to corporate teams.Communicate regularly with drivers, operations personnel, and management to resolve discrepancies and answer questions.Support daily operational activities and assist the Operations Manager with administrative and coordination tasks.Maintain organized records and documentation while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Identify errors and discrepancies and proactively resolve issues.
