Operations Technical Training Platforms Co-OpHere at Entegris, we use advanced science to enable technologies that transform the world, and we are seeking employees who have the drive to continue the mission. The role is intended to be full-time, 6 months in duration.The Operations Technical Training Platforms Co-Op will support learning technology administration, Learning Management System (LMS) implementation readiness, data governance, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Through collaboration with stakeholders across Operations, Quality, HR, IT, Environmental Health and Safety, and site training teams, this role will help improve data quality, support enterprise technology initiatives, develop reporting and dashboard solutions, and measure the business impact of training governance and standardization efforts across Entegris' global manufacturing network.What You'll Do:Support Learning Management System (LMS) technology implementation readiness activities by partnering with site training administrators to improve the quality, consistency, and governance of training data and processes.Support initiatives to standardize and document training-related business processes, governance practices, and system structures in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.Track and report progress against LMS migration readiness goals, including data cleanup activities, remediation actions, and site readiness metrics.Measure and quantify the business impact of governance and cleanup efforts, including reductions in duplicate records, obsolete content, unnecessary assignments, and other legacy system complexity.Perform basic LMS technology administrative activities and provide first-level support for learning technology users, including assisting with user troubleshooting and ServiceNow ticket resolution.Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel and Power BI to communicate program progress, data quality improvements, and operational performance.Document training governance standards, business processes, and administrative procedures to support consistency and future-state operations.Participate in cross-functional projects that improve learning technology operations, workforce capability processes, and enterprise training governance.What We Seek:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to organize, analyze, and manage large amounts of information.Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, visualization, or process tracking.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document processes and communicate findings.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic business environment. Interest in business systems, data analytics, process improvement, digital transformation, learning technologies, or technology implementation projects.Ability to handle sensitive business information with professionalism and confidentiality.Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year: Preferred Majors: Management Information Systems (MIS) Information Systems Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development Preferred Graduation Date: 2027 or 2028Eligibility:Must be a currently enrolled studentAvailable to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through JuneMust be familiar with the university's requirements to participate in a co-op programEntegris is not currently hiring candidates for co-ops/internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to perform work in a standard office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and computer use.WHY WORK AT ENTEGRIS?
