Certus Home Services is hiring Pool Service Technicians who want steady, independent work and the opportunity to build real expertise. You’ll manage a residential pool service route, keep pools clean and properly balanced, spot equipment concerns before they become bigger problems, and build trust with customers through reliable service.
A Route Thats Yours: Manage your assigned residential service route and build relationships with the customers who count on you each week.
A Truck and Tools Day One: Take-home company vehicle, fuel card, company-provided equipment and tools, and uniforms — everything you need to do the job.

Perform scheduled pool maintenance, cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to company standards.
Inspect pools and equipment during every visit and identify maintenance or repair concerns.
Communicate recommendations professionally with customers and internal teams.
Safely operate and maintain your company vehicle, equipment, tools, and chemical inventory.
Complete service documentation, chemical readings, and mobile reporting accurately each day.
