Job description
Agropur is seeking an Operations Training Manager to lead training across our North American dairy manufacturing facilities. In this role, you will design and deliver operations, safety, quality, and compliance training for plant teams, supporting consistent performance and continuous improvement. You will assess skill gaps, build structured curricula, and manage onboarding and certification programs. Partnering closely with operations, QA, and EH&S leaders, you’ll align training with GMP, regulatory, and customer requirements while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and operational excellence.
