Operator - River Falls, Wisconsin
Pay: $20-$23/hr
Schedule:
* 1st Shift: Monday - Friday (4:00am - 12:30pm)
* 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday (11:30am - 8:00pm)
Summary: Operators support daily manufacturing by operating extrusion and compounding equipment, maintaining quality and safety standards, and assisting across production as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate equipment for extrusion and compounding, including start‑up, shutdown, and cleaning.
* Prepare materials , equipment, and documentation for production.
* Troubleshoot machinery and resolve operating issues.
* Follow all quality standards , safety rules, and housekeeping procedures.
* Load/unload trucks and operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment.
* Report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns to supervision.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Strong commitment to safety and product quality.
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform bending, twisting, climbing, and prolonged standing.
* Strong math skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
* Basic computer skills and ability to work independently.
* Experience with forklifts/pallet jacks.
* Basic polymer knowledge preferred.
* Prior plastics manufacturing experience or a 2‑year technical degree; extrusion experience a plus.
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Must be able to commute to River Falls, WI (not a remote role)
