This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and contribute to the production of top-quality products.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced manufacturing equipment.Set up, calibrate, and optimize machinery for peak production quality.Oversee process flow to ensure exceptional product standards and safety compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance procedures and drive innovation.Accurately document production metrics and perform quality checks.Provide guidance and training to junior team members on equipment operation and safety.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED.2 years of manufacturing experience with proven expertise in machine operation.Strong understanding of setup, adjustments, and equipment troubleshooting.Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a fast-paced team.PreferencesFamiliarity with SOPs, GMP, or related standards.Additional certifications in manufacturing or equipment operation.Drug testing is required for this position.
