Job description
Novastone Capital Advisors seeks motivated mid-career professionals to partner with NCA to search, acquire and lead a small or medium-sized enterprise as CEO in the US.
You will conduct a 24-month search with support from NCA, aiming to acquire and subsequently lead the business, with base compensation and vested shares as part of the incentive package. Q&A sessions are mandatory for more information.
