Job description
University of Iowa Health Care seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for the OR Eye Team to lead ophthalmic surgical services and daily ASC operations, coordinating with administrative and clinical nursing staff to elevate care delivery and patient flow.
You will oversee day-to-day operations in ASC, MOR, and SFCH, provide perioperative nursing leadership, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency while aligning with organizational goals.
