Job description
Katmai Government Services seeks an ophthalmology assistant to support the Refractive Laser Center. You will screen patients, escort them to treatment areas, and perform initial medical screening including acuity tests and tonometry. You’ll help with refractive surgeries when required and maintain equipment.
Responsibilities include preparing rooms, taking measurements, assisting with procedures, and ensuring patient safety and privacy. Requires CPR/BLS and prior ophthalmology experience.
