Eye Specialists of Mid-Florida is Currently Recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ophthalmic Surgeon.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary - $350,000 Annually
Bonus of 28% of Annual Personal Professional Net Collections over 3.0 X Base Salary
20 Days Paid Time Off (plus 6 paid holidays)

Currently Expanding Locations and Physicians Throughout Mid‑Florida
3 Physician Owners, with Partnership Track for New Ophthalmologist Based on Existing Formula as Well as Personal Production, Time, and Owner’s Discretion
