Crystal Run Healthcare, part of the Optum family, seeks a dedicated full-time Ophthalmologist to join our Middletown, NY team. The role offers a fellowship-trained, physician-led, patient-centered environment with strong hospital and ASC affiliations, on-site support staff, and four 10-hour shifts per week with shared on-call duties.
Based in Goshen, Middletown, or Rock Hill, the ophthalmology team provides comprehensive eye care from exams to cataract surgeries, with a broad range of conditions
