Northwest Eye Surgeons is actively recruiting a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist to step into a fully built, high-demand practice in Seattle. This is not a “build-your-own” role; this is a walk-in opportunity with an established referral network with immediate and sustained patient demand. Founded in 1986, Northwest Eye Surgeons is a leading ophthalmic referral centre in the Pacific Northwest, known for clinical excellence and innovation.
6 established clinic locations + 4 AAAHC-accredited surgery centers in the Puget Sound
Regional footprint across Washington, Idaho, and Alaska
Strong reputation with referring providers and the communities we serve
Investment in the latest surgical and diagnostic technology
Perform high-volume glaucoma surgery with access to advanced techniques and technology
Manage a broad spectrum of glaucoma pathology, with cataract integration
Collaborate with a large, loyal OD referral network
Help drive continued growth and innovation within the glaucoma program

Requirements
Fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist
Board-certified or board-eligible (MD/DO)
Eligible for Washington licensure and DEA
Surgeon who thrives in a high-volume, high-performance environment
Strong communicator who values team-based care

$300,000 – $1,000,000+ earning potential (base + production, no artificial ceiling)
