Job description
Established ophthalmology practice is seeking a comprehensive ophthalmologist with surgical interests to replace a departing physician. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an existing patient base and busy surgical schedule with immediate volume.
Position Highlights:
Comprehensive ophthalmology with strong surgical opportunity
Incoming physician expected to perform 15-20 surgical cases monthly initially with room for growth
Established referral network and strong patient demand
Opportunity to invest in the ASC
Office-based surgery center available
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed $300,000 + bonus
Production bonus increases to 45% after two years
