\ NWe are seeking a Medical/Surgical Retina specialist to join an established, high-performing MD/OD practice in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. This is a backfill opportunity tied to a highly productive provider, offering immediate access to a large, established patient base and strong procedural volume.
\ NCompensation: \ N - $400K+ base salary
- Additional earning potential tied to productivity
Practice Highlights: \ N - $7M+ in annual collections generated by previous provider
\ N - 27,000+ clinical visits and 700+ surgical procedures annually
\ N - Surgical volume primarilyfocused on laser procedures
\ N - Two ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs)
\ N - Established MD/OD collaborative care model
\ N - Mentorship available for continued professional development
